This is a bonus event for all MPOC teams who are pursuing their ranking in the MPOC for 2009.
Teams will be able to earn 25% of their normal points by attending the event.
It will be open to all international teams in the region.
The prizemoney will be a very high and lucrative one!!
The date : It is in February!!
The Format:There will be 2 Divisions.
Opening dinner and Closing Night Party too....

on a more serious note, there is high possibility (99%) that I may not be able to go. Samling IT team is hot on deploying the final phase of our ERP project during that time, so kalo aku pergi nampak gilak sik commit ngan kerja....kalo sik commit ngan kerja susah aku nak nait pangkat agik....kalo sik dpt nait pangkat, kurang lar disposable income aku....kureng disposable income aku susah la mok men paintball

its up to you guys.ada bajet baruk dpt pegi.mun sekda bajet,jgn dipaksa.this for sapa2 ada bajet lebih,boleh la enter tourney luar.baruk pengalaman berkembang.mun semangat ada but bajet sekda.susah juak nak.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Event : Labuan Open 2009 (Pre- MPOC)
Date : 13th, 14th & 15th February 2009
(Opening Ceremony Dinner on 13th Feb.)
Location : Padang Ragbi Labuan, Jalan Tanjung Purun, Labuan, East Malaysia.
Categories : Open Division, Amateur/Novice Division
Organised by : Equator Vision Sdn Bhd
Supported by : Xtion Paintball Sports Club, PALS Event Sdn Bhd
THE PRIZE MONEY:
OPEN DIVISION
1st - USD 4,000.00 (RM 14,000.00)
2nd - USD 2,800.00 (RM 9,800.00)
3rd - USD 1,800.00 (RM 6,300.00)
4th - USD 1,000.00 (RM3,500.00)
AMATEUR / NOVICE DIVISION
1st - USD 2,000.00 (RM7,000.00)
2nd - USD 1,500.00 (RM 5,250.00)
3rd - USD 1,000.00 (RM 3,500.00)
4th - USD 500.00 (RM1,750.00)
*All Prizes will be in CASH form
REGISTRATION:
OPEN DIVISION - USD 400.00 (RM 1,440.00)
AMATEUR / NOVICE DIVISION - USD 200.00 (RM 720.00)
- First 20 MPOC/PALS registered teams to register completely will get 50% off!!!
Half the registration!!
- Accommodations will also provided for these 20 teams too.
2 teams per 3 room apartment from the 13th till 15th February 2009.
PLAYER & GUEST ID:
RM 15.00 (USD 5.00) per player/guest
Closing date – 28th January 2009.

RANKING:
The PALS ranking will be used to determine where your team plays.
Div. 1 & 2 in PALS will play in the Open Category and the Div 3 will
remain as that of the WCA 2008 for this event.
BONUSES:
All Div. 2 and Div. 3 teams participating in MPOC 2009 1st Leg will be
able to get 25% of points earned towards their pursuit of ranking in the MPOC 2009.
FORMAT:
All divisions will be playing under the M5 format.
All marker rules are as per the World Cup Asia (WCA) 2008.
